1. Acceptance of Terms & EU Jurisdiction

By accessing or using Zuuz, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which Zuuz is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent EU courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Zuuz hosts content created by its users, including listings, messages, streams, and lessons. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes, without limitation, content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.

• You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or transmit.
• We provide tools to flag and report objectionable content and abusive users, and we review reports promptly.
• Zuuz reserves the right to remove content and to suspend or permanently terminate accounts of users who violate this policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. Micro-Stores & Smart Deal Rooms

Zuuz provides the technology platform that enables users to sell products, offer services, and negotiate within Smart Deal Rooms. Zuuz is not a party to any transaction between users. Users are solely responsible for their own listings, pricing, fulfillment, communications, and the resolution of any disputes that arise between them. While we may offer escrow and mediation tools to support safer transactions, you acknowledge that you transact at your own risk and that Zuuz does not guarantee the conduct of any user.

4. Intellectual Property

The Zuuz name, logo, and all related trademarks, branding, and platform software are the exclusive property of Zuuz and may not be used without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of the content and assets you create, but by posting them you grant Zuuz a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You must respect the intellectual property rights of others and may not upload content you do not have the right to share.
